is removed, altered, defected, or made illegible, under every

circumstance.

Replacing Thermal Print Head

1. Turn off the power and wait for both LEDs to go off.

2. Push the print head module and pull it down as shown by

the two arrows below. This releases the print head module

from the printer chassis.
